This notepad is a B.A.G. Box original, designed to help you tap into your inner happy. Use it as an exercise to go within and discover what desires live inside. We find that sometimes when we allow ourselves to freely draw or write, we discover hidden truths, desires, and longing.
Suggested use: light a candle or some incense. Close your eyes and take a few deep, cleansing breaths. Ask yourself "what would bring me peace/joy/serenity/happiness (etc.) In this moment?" Take a few minutes to build a picture in your mind of the answer, then draw it. When you're done, ask yourself what steps you can take now to get this image out of your head and into reality. If it's a long-term goal, keep the drawing somewhere you can see it often. Repeat the exercise whenever you need, and see how your desires change.
