Return Policy

B.A.G. Boxes are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not accept returns on subscriptions or items included in the subscription boxes. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or missing from your shipment. If an item arrives damaged or is missing from your box, send an email to b.a.g.boxcreators@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Because the items in each box are unique to the month they are specified for we cannot guarantee you will receive the same item however we will do our best to replace the item with an identical or similar item. If the item is damaged, you may be asked to email us a photo of the item, which will be used to improve quality assurance. Replacements are approved at the sole discretion of Goddess Tribe LLC.
